Terms of service.

These terms are the agreement between you and gapizo when you use the service. They are written to be read — short, honest, and without surprises.

What gapizo is

gapizo generates personalized learning and interview-preparation material from job descriptions and the details you provide: role analysis, study courses, day-by-day preparation plans, practice interviews, and related content. The content is generated by AI, for you, at the moment you request it. gapizo is operated from Croatia (European Union); contact support@gapizo.com.

Your account

You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. Keep access to that account secure — what happens through it is treated as done by you. Your gapizo account is personal and not meant to be shared or resold. You must be 16 or older to use gapizo.

Fair use

Use gapizo for your own learning and job preparation. Submit only content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, abusive, or intended to generate harmful material. Don’t script, scrape, bulk-generate, resell access, or work around technical limits (like rate limits) — they exist to keep the service affordable and available for everyone.

Your content and your courses

What you submit stays yours. You give us permission to process it solely to provide the service — that is what the privacy policycovers. The courses and material generated for you are yours to use for your own learning and career. Since similar inputs can produce similar material, we can’t promise generated content is unique to you.

About AI-generated content — read this one

Courses, plans, answers, and feedback are AI-generated. We work hard on quality, but AI can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated, and you should apply your own judgment. gapizo is not professional advice — not legal, medical, financial, or safety advice — and where a course touches a regulated field, it prepares you to explore it, it does not qualify you to practice it. Practice verdicts in the interview simulation are training feedback, not an assessment of you as a candidate. And honestly: no tool can promise you a job — hiring decisions are made by employers, and preparation improves your odds, nothing more.

Credits and payment

During the preview period, gapizo is free to use. When paid credits launch, the following will apply: prices are shown clearly before any purchase; credits are prepaid, personal, and non-transferable; and generation consumes credits as described at purchase. Because courses are digital content generated and delivered immediately, by starting a generation you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content once generation begins. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned — you only pay for what was actually delivered.

Availability and changes

gapizo is in active development. Features may change, improve, or be retired, and the service may occasionally be interrupted. We’ll be sensible about it, but we can’t promise uninterrupted availability during preview.

Ending things

You can stop using gapizo at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service — where reasonable, we’ll warn you first.

Liability

gapizo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on generated content, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing reduces your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of your own country’s law, and you may bring disputes before your local courts. Most issues are faster to fix by email: support@gapizo.com.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date below, and flag significant changes in the app. Using gapizo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
